By engaging NV Window Cleaning for services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

We provide window cleaning and related exterior cleaning services as described in your signed estimate or service agreement.

Pricing & invoicing

Pricing is provided in writing before work begins. We invoice on completion for one-time jobs. Recurring service customers are invoiced monthly. Payment terms are net 15.

Cancellation

Recurring service plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. One-time services may be rescheduled with 48 hours notice.

Insurance & liability

We carry general liability insurance and worker's compensation on all employees. Certificates available on request.

Satisfaction

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean the affected area at no charge.
